I dive deep into your brand’s mission, vision, and goals. We’ll explore your unique value proposition, your position in the market, define your audience, and clarify what makes your brand special. This phase sets the foundation for everything else that we’ll do.

CREATIVE CONCEPT & DIRECTION

With a strategy in hand, I work on crafting creative concepts that communicate your message in memorable ways. Whether it’s visual identity, a social media campaign, or a complete marketing plan, I ensure the creative work aligns with your brand values and speaks to your audience.

EXECUTION & OPTIMIZATION

Once a concept is finalized, I work with your team (or fly solo) to bring it to life. This stage involves everything from content creation to social media management, graphic design, video editing, photo editing, and beyond. We’ll ensure every detail is executed correctly and optimized for best results.

Review, Report, & Adjust

The job’s not done until we analyze how things went. I provide reports on performance, whether it’s social engagement or website analytics. We’ll identify what worked, what could be better, and adjust for the future.

    Announce and introduce new brand pillars based on the "ALL IN" mindset to drive awareness, participation for upcoming tryouts, and apparel sales.

    Impact
    The campaign generated 500K Instagram impressions, drove $5K in apparel sales, and contributed to sold-out tryout registrations. A user-generated content (UGC) strategy engaged the basketball community, reinforcing the brand's new pillars while increasing social reach and participation.

    The playbook standardized marketing processes across the company, reducing inefficiencies and backlog issues that had previously slowed execution. By providing clear best practices in social media, email marketing, and brand management, it empowered teams to operate more effectively, produce higher-quality marketing materials, and improve overall brand consistency. As a result, multiple brands within 3STEP Sports elevated their marketing efforts, leading to increased engagement, improved campaign performance, and more efficient team collaboration.

    Expand client’s digital footprint, increase engagement, and build a strong community across the social media landscape including launching and scaling a new Instagram channel.

    Impact
    Grew Instagram from launch to 110K+ followers, averaging 500K weekly impressions and 2.5K likes per post. Consistently increased audience size by 1.5% per week while driving sustained engagement across all managed platforms.

    Pre-Event Campaign: Drive awareness and registrations for the 2023 Denver Shootout through social media and email marketing.

    Event Coverage: Provide real-time social media coverage throughout the tournament weekend, capturing and sharing key moments to maximize engagement.

    Social media coverage delivered the best-performing weekend in the tournament’s history, generating 350K+ impressions and 500 new followers. Managed a team of four photographers/videographers to capture high-impact content, exceeding Instagram engagement benchmarks.
